Mutant Youth bring you an exciting debut release from Clexxs.
The Brighton based producer / DJ supplies 3 tracks full to the brim with energy, showcasing his own unique style while paying tribute to the Garage, Breaks and Grime genres.

Title track “Pop Your” is driven by punchy drums and great percussion. The low end bass is complimented by soulful keys and topped off with a hooky vocal, which is all part of the Clexxs signature sound.
“Road”, dives a little more into the darker elements. Rolling techy percussion is joined by haunting synth work and skippy drum patterns. The bass is warm and low with elements of gritty mid-range growls in places.

Third and finally is “Wurk”. Garage style drums, crisp hats and big bass are the flavour here, something definitely made for the clubs. A catchy vocal throughout is complimented by nice pads in places, giving room to breathe before the bass continues. A fantastic debut, from a great young producer.
